Innova Platforms

Innova is the Kigali app for buying, sending and finding things, and paying with MTN MoMo.

SHOP FROM KIGALI AND FROM ABROAD
• Search Kigali shops and international stores in one place, by typing or with a photo.
• Innova buys it for you, brings it to Rwanda and delivers it to your door.
• See the full price before you pay: goods, shipping and delivery. Pay everything now, or pay part now and the rest when your goods arrive.
• Follow every order from the shop to your door.

SEND A PARCEL ACROSS KIGALI
• Book a moto or car for a parcel in a minute. Take a photo and Innova works out the right vehicle and the price.
• Pick the recipient from your contacts. They get a release code, so the parcel is handed only to them.
• Follow your rider live on the map.

FREE SERVICES: HOUSES, ROOMS, PLOTS AND CARS
• Browse houses and rooms to rent, plots and cars for sale, with photos, video and the place on the map.
• List your own with guided photos taken on the spot.

URGENT DEALS
• Need to sell something today? Post it with a fixed price.
• The buyer checks the item at the door and pays you directly with MoMo. Contact details stay private in the chat.

SHARED TRIPS
• Going the same way? Share the trip and split the cost. The price falls as the car fills.

AND MORE
• Ask Innova: ask questions about orders, prices and deliveries.
• School bus: parents can see where their child's bus has reached (for schools that use Innova).
• Wallet: refunds and balances in one place.
• One-tap MTN MoMo payment.
• In English, French and Kinyarwanda.
