Vive Movilidad is a private application from the Ángeles por el Cambio Foundation, developed in partnership with BusCar Fleet Management. It is not a government application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any public entity.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Register your trips: Mark when you leave and when you arrive, and the app saves your route so you can review it later.
• Report any issues you find: a blocked ramp, an inaccessible bus stop, or inappropriate treatment. Send a photo taken at the time and include your location.
• Request help with the emergency button: Notify your trusted contacts and your travel companion, along with your exact location.
• Save your trusted contacts and reminders.
• Authorize a family member or companion to see your location while you travel. You decide who you authorize and can revoke permission at any time.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Vive Movilidad can be used by anyone. It was designed in collaboration with people with visual, hearing, physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities, making it user-friendly for everyone. When creating your account, you choose whether or not you have a disability; if you select no, you simply won't be asked for that information.
There's also a profile for someone accompanying another person: they can view their trips and receive an alert if the emergency button is used.
ACCESSIBILITY
• Compatible with TalkBack, the Android screen reader.
• The app can read aloud what's on the screen, without requiring any installation.
• High contrast and large text, with a customizable scale.
• Large buttons and one action per screen.
• Vibration and visual alerts for those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Fingerprint or facial recognition, eliminating the need to type a password.
SOURCE OF INFORMATION
Vive Movilidad does not publish or reproduce information from any government entity. All information in the app is generated by the user (their trips, reports, contacts) or comes from private transportation companies that use the BusCar Fleet Management system.
For official information on traffic, public transportation, procedures, and mobility, consult the relevant agencies directly:

PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST AND WHY
• Location: to map your travel routes, identify the location of any issues you report, and send your location if you request assistance. If you authorize a companion, the app also sends your location while you travel, even when the app is closed; you will see a notification while this is happening, and you can turn it off at any time.
• Camera: to take photos of reports in real time. The app does not access your gallery.
• Internet: to save your information and notify your contacts.
YOUR DATA
Your data is used to personalize the app for you and for anonymous statistics. You can delete your account at any time from My Profile.
