Hefazot is a free parental control and content filter app. As a parent, you can use it to block adult, gambling, and harmful websites on your child's Android device. All filtering happens inside your phone — no information goes to an external server.

Using VPN (VpnService) (Important information):
Hefazot uses Android's VpnService to run a local VPN inside the device, only checking DNS to block harmful domains and locking the Internet of your selected apps. It does not send your internet traffic to any external or company servers, view or store browsing content. It is not a remote proxy or traffic-routing service — all filtering happens on your phone.
Accessibility Service Usage (Important Information):
Hefazat uses an optional accessibility service, which is turned off by default and only works if you enable it. When enabled, it automatically redirects the browser tab to a safe page after a harmful page is blocked, so that the blocked content is not displayed repeatedly. To do this, the service simply reads the browser address bar (URL) and identifies the blocked page. It does not collect, store or send any of your personal information, passwords, keystrokes or browsing content anywhere. You can turn it off at any time in your phone settings.
Privacy:
All filtering happens on-device. Your browsing traffic is not sent to any external servers.
