The Health24 mobile application for a doctor is the first step towards full-fledged work with the h24.ua medical information system directly from a smartphone.

Two-factor authentication is a new mandatory requirement

According to the Order of the National Health Service of Ukraine No. 138 dated 03/20/2026 and the 37th edition of the technical requirements for MIS, two-factor authentication is mandatory for all users of the MIS. This applies to doctors, nurses, managers and administrators of medical institutions. Compliance with this requirement is a condition for connecting the MIS to the central database of the MIS.

How to confirm login via the application

Open h24.ua in a browser and log in. After entering your login and password, launch the Health24 application and confirm authorization: by scanning the QR code or entering the confirmation code.

What is planned in the next versions

Health24 developers plan to gradually add all the functionality of the web version: referral and treatment plan, prescription and medical report writing, viewing and signing appointments. The application will be developed for the full daily work of a doctor.

The application is intended exclusively for registered users of the Health24 MIS.
