Calm Score — after each session, see how your body actually responded. Using heart rate data from your wearable, MTimer calculates a physiological settling score based on how much your heart rate dropped, how stable your rhythm was, and how it compares to your own personal baseline over time (No other Android meditation app does this)
Weekly calm average alongside weekly minutes — see whether regular sitting is producing deeper settling over time
