AmiGlú is a diabetes-focused safety app with one core function: detecting risky situations and sending timely alerts to reduce the danger of extreme blood glucose levels and missed or delayed medication doses. We prioritize sending you customizable alerts when you need them most, even in higher-risk situations (for example, while you sleep or with your phone locked), along with daily monitoring tools.
Main Features
1) Critical Glucose Alerts (Core Function)
Configurable hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia thresholds. Immediate detection and alerts when a risk threshold is exceeded. Frequency control to avoid unnecessary repeated alerts.
2) User-Configured Medication Alerts
Dose reminders based on schedules you define. Focus on adherence and safety (does not replace medical prescription).
3) Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
Integration with the LinX sensor for continuous glucose monitoring. Metrics such as time in target range, GMI-type estimates, and daily graphs.
4) Health Log and Tracking
Manual recording of capillary glucose, blood pressure, weight, and height. History and progress tracking to support your self-care (reference information, not diagnostic).
5) Physical Activity and Habits
Integration with Health Connect to record daily activity and habits. Helps you visualize how exercise, diet, and medication relate to your overall well-being.
6) Education and Self-Care Support
Clear educational content about diabetes and complication prevention. Meal logging with AI-assisted nutritional estimation from photos (indicative estimate, does not replace professional nutritional advice).
