ADA Finance is a digital financial management platform designed to help churches and assemblies record, manage and monitor financial contributions more efficiently.

The platform replaces paper-based contribution records with a centralised digital system, making it easier for assemblies to capture financial information, submit records and maintain accurate records of contributions.

ADA Finance is designed to promote transparency, accountability and responsible financial management across the church. By creating structured digital records and improving the traceability of financial transactions, the system helps reduce administrative errors, minimise opportunities for financial irregularities and strengthen internal financial controls.

Key features include:
Digital contribution recording – Capture assembly contributions electronically instead of relying on paper-based records.
Centralised financial records – Keep contribution information organised and accessible within one system.
Assembly management – Manage financial information across different assemblies and locations.
Improved accountability – Create clear records of financial activity and submissions.
Greater transparency – Improve visibility of contributions and financial reporting.
Reduced paperwork – Reduce the reliance on physical forms, registers and manual record keeping.
Accurate reporting – Make it easier to compile and review financial information.
Better financial oversight – Provide church leadership with structured information to support financial monitoring and decision-making.

ADA Finance is built to support a more modern, efficient and accountable approach to church financial administration.

By moving contribution management from paper to a secure digital environment, ADA Finance helps churches spend less time managing paperwork and more time focusing on their ministry.
