Hey! I’m really happy you’ve landed here because this isn’t just another fitness program. This is a space where real change happens, at your pace, with real support every step of the way.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting info out there about diets, workouts, what’s healthy and what’s not, I get it. I’ve been there too. Over the years, I’ve overcome a lot. From losing 38 kilos, healing from bulimia, navigating a serious back injury, living with endometriosis, and even managing life with a non-cancerous brain tumor. Every one of those challenges shaped me into the coach I am today.
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve made it my mission to guide people through their own journeys with compassion, knowledge, and a whole lot of heart.
Inside my personal coaching app, you’re never alone. Whether you’re a complete beginner or getting back on track, I’ll be there chatting with you through the app, checking in, guiding you through step-by-step workouts, and helping you make sense of food and movement in a way that works for you. I’ve also created delicious meal ideas that cater to a variety of health backgrounds because your body is unique, and your plan should be too.
This is holistic coaching. That means we look at everything: your mind, your energy, your stress, your habits, your emotions, your routine. Because real health isn’t just about what you eat or how you move. It’s about how you feel. We’ll create a lifestyle that makes sense for your life. One that supports you physically, emotionally, mentally, and even chemically.
