Family Driver is the official driver app for Family Taxi Myanmar. It is built for approved Family Taxi drivers to go online, receive ride requests, complete trips, and manage day-to-day driver operations from one place.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR
• Licensed / approved Family Taxi drivers only
• Not for passengers — riders should use the Family Taxi rider app

KEY FEATURES
• Go Online / Offline — control when you are available for new ride requests
• Incoming ride alerts — sound, vibration, and full-screen notifications so you do not miss requests
• Live map & navigation — view your position, pickup and drop-off routes, and trip progress
• Accept & complete trips — manage pickups, waiting, and trip completion in the app
• In-ride chat — message your assigned rider during an active trip
• Driver wallet — view balance, commissions, referral earnings, and deposit history
• Profile & documents — manage your driver profile and account settings
• Help center — send feedback to the operations team
• English and Myanmar language support

REQUIREMENTS
• You must be registered and approved as a Family Taxi driver before you can sign in
• Sign-in uses your registered driver email and a one-time verification code
• Location permission (including background location while Online) is required so riders can be matched to you and follow trips in progress
• Notifications are recommended for timely ride request alerts
