"Citizen Patrol" is a service intended for citizens that, in a modern and functional way, enables citizens to report communal irregularities or violations that are the responsibility of the organizational units and services of the City of Banja Luka. All applications are anonymous and are based on the conscientious attitude of citizens towards common infrastructure and property with the aim of maintaining a tidy environment.
