e-Fine is a service that allows you to use the PC-based 'Traffic Civil Complaint 24 (www.efine.go.kr)', operated by the National Police Agency since 2012, on your smartphone.

- Inquiry regarding traffic fines and penalties
- Driver's license related inquiries (penalty points, disqualification, suspension period, international license, 7 years accident-free record)
- Application and inquiry for Good Driving Mileage
- Traffic accident investigation reservation

○ Services to be provided after official launch
- Digital OnePass login (a means of identity verification replacing public certificates)
- Payment of traffic fines and penalties (linked payment via Korea Financial Payment Services)
