Since 2012, the PC-based 'Traffic Civil Service 24 (www.efine.go.kr)' operated by the National Police Agency can be used on smartphones (efine)

- Inquire about traffic fines and negligence fines
- Inquiry related to driver's license (penalty points, disqualification, suspension period, international license, 7-year accident-free)
- Apply and view good driving mileage
- Traffic accident investigation reservation

○ Service items to be provided after official operation
- Digital OnePass login (personal authentication method that replaces public authentication)
- Payment of traffic fines and negligence fines (connected payment through the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute)
