When you are okay, tap the button to reset the timer.
📧 Missed Check-In Notification
If the timer expires without a check-in, Demumu sends an email notification to your trusted contacts.
👥 Add Trusted Contacts
You can add up to 5 trusted contact email addresses.
🔔 Local Reminders
The app can send reminder notifications before the timer expires.
