ELA is an application designed to support Costa Rican women, giving them access to relevant information from INAMU, personalized virtual assistance and the possibility of generating cases of abuse. In addition, it integrates emergency services such as 911 and the SISRUAP system, offering a complete tool for the protection and empowerment of users.
