Read manga and comics (ZIP/CBZ/RAR/CBR) stored on your home NAS, cloud storage, or a dedicated self-hosted server instantly via streaming — no need to download files in advance. ComicFolk is a comic viewer app built for Android.

You can register multiple connection routes for a single server (e.g. home LAN and VPN), and the app automatically connects via the fastest available route. Enjoy seamless access whether you're at home or on the go, with no need to switch settings manually.

Install the free companion server software, "ComicFolk Sync Protocol Server," on a PC at home to unlock extra capabilities:
• Archive parsing and thumbnail generation run on the server, reducing the load on your device
• Reading history, tags, bookmarks, and manual volume/title edits sync automatically across all your devices
• An option to automatically downscale page images on mobile data to save bandwidth
• Register multiple folders as a single library (optionally organized with per-folder alias names)
• Admin panel available in both English and Japanese
The server software is free to download; you'll find the link in the app's Settings screen.
