The myULSPV/VC App is a mobile application reserved exclusively for users of the Póvoa de Varzim/Vila do Conde Local Health Unit.
Through the App, users have access, in a safe and personalized way, to their appointment schedule, treatments, exams, complementary diagnostic and therapeutic means.
Users register with the National Health Service (SNS) number that is associated with the clinical process or with a Digital Mobile Key.
After registration, users receive an email with a security code to activate the account.
After activating the account, the App provides a screen to define the password (complexity: minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters, special and case sensitive: 8 characters, 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 digit, 1 special character).
To access the App, the user enters the SNS number and password or the Digital Mobile Key.
The data is treated in accordance with the Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Protection Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation in force.
With the App we seek to facilitate your contact with the institution, avoiding travel for reasons that can be resolved efficiently and safely through new technologies.
The development of the App arises from ongoing investment projects in administrative and technological modernization, financed by SAMA2020/PORTUGAL2020, with a view to digital transformation.
