Grattage Dispatcher

Scratch Dispatcher is the operational management application for dispatchers and partner networks (agencies and retailers) involved in the distribution of scratch cards.

The application allows for real-time tracking of the entire ticket lifecycle, from receipt to verification, including transfers between headquarters, agencies, and sales representatives.

Main features:

- Inventory management: Track arrivals and available quantities by product and agency.

- Ticket transfer: Transfer from headquarters to agencies, then from agencies to sales representatives, with complete traceability of each movement.

- Sales tracking: View sales made by agency or sales representative.

- Invoicing: View issued invoices, their payment status, and outstanding debts.

- Ticket verification: Check the authenticity and status of a scratch card (sold, verified, winning) using its serial number and control code.

This application is intended exclusively for internal dispatchers and actors in the partner network (agencies and sellers) as part of their daily professional activities of distributing and tracking scratch tickets.
