MANAGE POTTERY CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Create recurring weekly classes, one-time sessions, and ceramics workshops. Set teachers, schedules, duration, capacity, pricing, enrollment rules, and absence deadlines.

Record attendance and absences for current or past classes. Free occupied spots and decide whether a missed class should return credit to a student's plan.

Create one-time or recurring class plans with monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual cycles. Set included classes, extra class pricing, rollover rules, and expiration dates, then track each student's usage.

TRACK EVERY KILN FIRING

Students can submit pieces for firing with photos, dimensions, weight, quantity, and notes. Teachers can search by student and move kiln submissions through Pending, In Kiln, Completed, and Delivered.

Configure bisque and glaze firing, metric or imperial units, and kiln pricing by volume, weight, or a custom amount. Students can follow their pieces and receive a notification when their work is ready.

DOCUMENT EVERY CERAMIC PIECE

The ceramics journal follows each piece through a visual timeline from the first session to the final firing. Record clay, forming and decoration techniques, piece phase, glaze, firing method and cone, photos, measurements, notes, and progress updates.

Teachers can view member journals, customize journal options, create entries for students when permitted, and send journal pieces directly to the kiln workflow.

ORGANIZE DAILY STUDIO OPERATIONS
