A quiet table, a full hand, and a rival waiting across the felt. Caldrevane is a solo throw-in card game where every attack asks whether to defend, take the cards, or press the advantage.
Play a 36-card deck from 6 through Ace against a local bot. The lowest trump opens the first round, then each attack must be beaten with a higher card of the same suit or a trump. Once cards are on the table, matching ranks can be thrown in, up to six attacks and never beyond the defender's opening hand.
A successful defense clears the table and hands the next attack to the defender. If the defender takes the cards, the same attacker begins again. After each round, both players draw back up to six cards while the deck lasts. Empty your hand after the deck is gone to win, or finish together for a draw.
