Through its Mobile application, Cnep Banque offers you banking services anywhere and anytime.
With a service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No need to go to a branch for your day-to-day operations.

Be more independent by managing your bank accounts with ease, access your accounts, check the status of your credits and make transfers freely.

This application is free and access to your accounts is done with the same identifiers used on the e-Banking site.

The application has two spaces:

- A public space offering anyone access to peripheral services (Guide, Offers, Our agencies).

- An authenticated space accessible via e-Banking identifiers and gives you access to the services listed below

- Consult the balances of your accounts and your last transactions
- Search your transactions in your account statement
- Consult and share your bank identification number (RIB)
- Follow the exchange rate and convert your currency
- Exchange with your bank via messaging
- View your cards and card statements
- Make transfers and sign remittances (in real time in interbank)
- Manage beneficiaries
- Locate the branches and ATM of the bank
- Card blocking (in real time)
- Checkbook order
