Jоkеrs Set
Savchenko-Assistant
Jоkеrs Set is an offline-first set-and-rake workbench for saw doctors, hand-tool woodworkers, file-and-set restorers, and timber crews who must lock real tooth geometry before the first file stroke. Cold start opens a fullscreen gauge—not a notes list. TPI, set in thousandths or millimeters, rake degrees, fleam, and planned file-pass count sit on one glanceable face beside a live alternating left/right tooth diagram that shows set offset and rake lean for the geometry you lock. Dial plate thickness and cut duty, then lock a card you can trust at the vise. Cut-duty presets for rip, crosscut, dovetail, carcass, tenon, and panel seed sensible rake, fleam, and set starting points without overriding your lock-in. The kerf-from-plate helper turns plate thickness plus desired kerf oversize into suggested total set and per-side set. Run a tooth-by-tooth file-pass session: mark the current tooth index, count strokes per side, advance left and right set sides, and mark the saw complete when every tooth matches. Save named saw profiles with plate length, TPI, set, rake, fleam, steel notes, and last-filed date—fully offline. Compare against a seed reference pack of common Western and Japanese-style geometry cards (editable starting points, not locked dogma). Review session history with before/after set notes and pass totals for shop recall. Share a plain-text setup line (TPI · set · rake · fleam · passes) for bench notes or crew chat. Shop defaults cover thou vs mm, degree step size, default cut duty, and a high-contrast bench theme. Turn vague “about 15° rake” memory into one locked set-rake card so every tooth on the saw matches before you leave the vise.
