ICA Technicien

ICA Technician is the official mobile application for ICA (Ingenious City Africa) partner technicians. It allows you to manage your fieldwork: receive service requests, visit clients' premises, and track your assignments in real time.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This application is reserved for ICA technicians already registered with the administration (electricians, plumbers, refrigeration and air conditioning technicians, etc.). An account is provided to you by ICA. Account creation is not available directly within the application.

GEOLOCATION

When you go online, your location is shared with the ICA platform to assign the nearest jobs and allow clients to track your arrival. Geolocation is only active when you choose to be available.

Receive audio and visual alerts so you never miss a job, even when the application is running in the background.

INTERVENTION REPORTS

Write your on-site observations and final reports directly from the application to conclude each mission.

REQUIREMENTS

- Active ICA Technician account, provided by the administration
- Internet connection (3G, 4G, or Wi-Fi)
- Required permissions: location (including background) and notifications
