The OMERA replaces the LIC - Individual Control Booklet, and serves as a legal tool for recording mobile work activities.
This application is mandatory and records the working hours of workers assigned to the operation of a motor vehicle, mobile worker not subject to the control device and driver of a vehicle that is not characterized from an electronic platform (TVDE) in accordance with ordinance 7/2022 of 4 of January.
