Aerish Staf is a mobile application designed to help teachers, staff, and school administrators carry out daily operational activities through one convenient and centralized platform.
Through Aerish Staf, users can access various features according to their roles and access rights granted by the school. Teachers and staff can view schedules, manage class attendance, record personal attendance, view attendance history, request leave, monitor monthly points, receive notifications, and access payroll information if the feature is enabled by the school.
Aerish Staf also supports academic needs, such as viewing student data, managing class rosters, inputting assessments, creating and managing online courses, adding learning materials, creating quizzes, and tracking Quran memorization progress. Each feature is designed to enable users to complete schoolwork more quickly, efficiently, and easily from their mobile devices.
For attendance needs, Aerish Staf supports clock-in and clock-out recording, location validation, and attendance selfies in accordance with school policy. Users can also view personal attendance logs by specific period, making attendance history easier to monitor.
In the staff administration feature, Aerish Staff can be used to request leave, view approval status, monitor points, and display payroll components such as earnings, deductions, pay slips, and payment status if the school uses this module.
