A strategy board game that starts with something everyone already knows how to play: rock, paper, scissors.
Only this time it's not one hand against one hand. It's army against army. 12 ninja warriors stand on your side of the board, each holding a hidden weapon that only you can see, and next to them a flag that needs to be guarded and a trap that quietly awaits. In front of you are exactly the same soldiers, and you have no way of knowing what is hidden in them. Rock? Paper? Scissors? Maybe even his own trap.
And that's how the game of rock, paper, scissors becomes a strategy game. You move one square each turn, read your opponent by the way he moves, send a ninja forward to see what happens, let him think your scissors are rock. He does exactly the same to you. And when two ninjas finally meet on the same square, the oldest game in the world decides who remains on the board. Is it a draw? Both sides secretly choose new weapons and clash again, until a decision is made.
The rules need no explanation. You know them from the kindergarten yard. What's new is what happens when you add a board, an army, a hidden trap, and a flag that you can't let your opponent find.
Free to download and play. This version has no ads and no in-app purchases.
Rules of the game
• 7x6 board. Each player has 14 pieces: a flag, a trap, and four of each weapon. Rock, paper, scissors.
• Hide the flag, bury the trap, and shuffle the fighters before starting.
• Move one square each turn. Enter an occupied square? Battle.
• Stone breaks scissors, scissors cuts paper, paper wraps stone.
• Whoever wins the battle is exposed until the end of the game, and now the opponent knows what he has in his hand.
• Whoever steps on the trap disappears from the board.
• Whoever first enters the square where the opponent's flag is hidden wins.
Who to play with
• Against a friend: Send an invitation code on WhatsApp and he's in. No registration and no passwords.
• Against the computer: A computerized opponent who knows how to bluff back, at several difficulty levels. Works even without the Internet.
• Two on one phone: Pass the device, head to head.
Online arena
• Entry fee in game coins, the system finds you a real opponent, and the winner takes the entire prize pool.
• Each arena says how many players are active in it now, so you know where to enter.
• Three arenas. The higher you go, the higher the entry fee and the bigger the pot.
• No management fees. The winner takes all.
Coins, ranks and shop
• Daily ration of coins, bonus for the first win of the day, and new coins if you're left without.
• Accumulate points, move up in ranks and open items that are not sold in the shop at any price.
• In the store: Ninja characters, flags and traps. Unlocked with coins you earned in the game, and are only for display.
• The game's coins are earned in the game only and have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, cannot be converted into money and cannot be transferred to another player.
Other things to know
• You choose your own player name, and your opponent sees it during the game. There is no chat and no in-game messages.
• There is a clock on each turn, so no one disappears in the middle.
• Characterful battle animations, a referee with personality, and sound that makes you want another round.
• The arena and playing against a friend require an internet connection. Playing against the computer and two players on one device also work without it.
• The game screens are in English.
• You can delete your account from the app at any time: Settings, Delete Account.
