About Al-Fareed General Supplies Establishment (Al-Fareed Markets)
Al-Fareed Markets is considered a leading market in this field and one of the earliest markets in our beloved country. The first Al-Fareed Market was opened in June 1991 in the Abdali area.
Gradually, Al-Fareed Markets began expanding. In 1996, the wholesale department was established. The concept of wholesale focused on satisfying customers who prefer to purchase larger quantities of the same product, while avoiding excessive packaging so that a larger number of customers could benefit from wholesale prices.
Later, with God’s blessing, Al-Fareed Markets opened its Al-Muqabalain branch in November 2003, taking into consideration expansion in all areas and adding new departments that were not available in the Abdali branch.
Al-Fareed Markets continued to expand further. In 2013, two additional branches were opened in the governorates: one in Al-Balqa Governorate (Salt) and another in Madaba Governorate.
After that, with God’s blessing, the Tlaa Al-Ali branch of Al-Fareed Markets was opened in July 2015.
The number of employees at Al-Fareed General Supplies Establishment has reached nearly 300 staff members across various professions, including around 180 employees working in the food sector and its different departments.
The establishment is committed to satisfying its customers by providing a wide variety of high-quality products at competitive prices, in addition to offering distinguished services that make the shopping experience enjoyable. From this vision came the name “Al-Fareed General Supplies Establishment.”
The establishment includes many different departments. When you enter Al-Fareed Markets, you will find the grocery section containing sugar, rice, tea, milk, and many other items, in addition to a wide range of canned products in various sizes and types.
There is also a roasting and spices department offering many varieties of nuts, coffee, and chocolate, as well as grains, legumes, and a wide range of spices.
Alongside this, the deli section includes dairy products, cheeses, pickles, and olives. You will also find juices and cold beverages in different types and sizes, as well as a variety of frozen products.
The butcher section provides local and imported meats as well as chicken. The fruits and vegetables section offers fresh produce available in many varieties throughout the year. As for bakery products made in our own bakeries, they are served fresh and delicious.
A comprehensive section is dedicated to cleaning products, offering a wide variety of household detergents. Stationery and office supplies also have a large space in our markets, with many types and styles of office essentials. Additionally, there is a large department for different and diverse toys.
Our newest addition is the home furniture and furnishings department, which includes bedroom sets, buffets, dining tables, wardrobes, office equipment, and chairs.
From the above, it is clear that this establishment is a comprehensive and integrated organization with many diverse departments and products.
