RecoSPILF is a reference application for healthcare professionals, developed to facilitate access to the official recommendations of the French-Language Infectious Diseases Society (SPILF) regarding the prescription and appropriate use of anti-infectives. The application allows for quick, structured, and up-to-date consultation of current recommendations, based on the latest publications and expert consensus, to support medical decision-making in the management of bacterial, viral, parasitic, and fungal infections.
The main features include access to updated SPILF recommendations (organized by type of infection, pathogen, or diagnostic approach), intelligent search and simplified navigation, and access to summary sheets and reference documents.
The objective is to promote the appropriate use of anti-infectives and the harmonization of clinical practices according to national standards, in a quality and safety of care approach.
The application is primarily intended for anyone involved in prescribing, dispensing, or reassessing anti-infective treatments. The content of this application is based on official SPILF recommendations and national reference documents. The application is intended for informational purposes only and does not replace the practitioner's clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC). Users are advised to regularly verify the validity of the data and applicable recommendations.
