Its purpose is to prevent electronic financial accidents caused by various viruses and malware, ensuring a safe connection environment for smartphones.

As an application that runs in conjunction with a network connection, "Touch-N M-Vaccine" does not run independently.

Touch-N M-Vaccine (Enterprise Version) provides service information, such as additional antivirus guidance, to ensure a safer smartphone usage environment.

[App Access Permission Guide]

In accordance with the Information and Communications Network Act for user protection regarding smartphone app access permissions, effective March 23, 2017, Touch-N M-Vaccine accesses only the items absolutely necessary for the service. The details are as follows: - Essential Permissions

1. Internet, Wi-Fi Connection Info: Used for network connection during pattern/engine updates

2. App Deletion: Provides a deletion function based on user choice when malicious apps are detected

3. Notifications: Provides results to the user when malicious apps are detected

['TouchN M-Vaccine (Enterprise)' FAQ]

<1> In case of TouchN M-Vaccine Google Play Store download delay or inability to install

- Due to Google Play Store issues, proceed as follows

- On your smartphone, go to [Settings]-[Application Manager (App Manager)] -> Select "Google Play Store" -> Select the [Uninstall Update] button and [OK] -> Reboot the device and reinstall

<2> If TouchN M-Vaccine keeps returning to the previous screen after launching

- This may occur when accessing via the “Chrome” browser; please access via the “Internet” browser to make payments. <3> If the screen keeps refreshing after the message "TouchEn mVaccine is running" appears

- This may occur when accessing via the "Naver App" browser; please use the "Internet" browser to make a payment.

<4> If you have installed TouchEn mVaccine but are prompted to reinstall it and are redirected to the Google Play Store

- This may occur when accessing via the "FireFox" browser; please use the "Internet" browser or proceed as follows:

: Google Play Store installation screen → Device back button → Return to payment screen → Launch the antivirus and proceed with payment.

<5> If the process does not proceed after installing TouchEn mVaccine

- Device back button → Return to the antivirus launch page → Launch the antivirus and return to the payment page.

<6> Inability to make a payment in a shopping app after launching TouchEn mVaccine

- This may occur due to app-to-app integration issues; please send the relevant shopping app to voc@raonsecure.com, and we plan to address the issue as soon as possible. <7> If TouchEn mVaccine runs in an infinite loop on an LG G2 device, proceed as follows:

1) On the device, navigate to [Settings] - [Display] - [Home Touch Button] - [Hide Home Touch Button].

2) Uncheck "TouchEn mVaccine" in the app list and restart the device.
