Pocket OT
Pocket OT
Unlock your child’s potential through the power of connection.
Pocket OT is your guide: a warm, expert-led space designed by Peadiatric Occupational Therapist, Rumaiysa Bhyat to help you understand your child’s nervous system and rediscover the magic of play.
Developed to combat "iPad Brain" and foster deep co-regulation, Pocket OT moves away from clinical checklists and focuses on what truly matters: building neural pathways through joy and connection.
CORE FEATURES:
The Sensory Compass: Map your child’s unique sensory profile. Understand if they appear to be a "Tornado" (seeker) or "Cautious" (avoider) and receive tailored activities that actually work for their nervous system.
SOS Rescue: Access immediate, evidence-based tools for those "I need help right now" moments. Find quick regulation strategies to help you and your child find your calm again.
The Session Architect: Whether your child has high energy or needs a gentle grounder, the Architect suggests Peadiatric OT-led activities (like "Blanket Swings" or "Stomping Giants") based on your current needs.
The Village: You aren't meant to do this alone. Join a community of parents, access the "Neuro Hub" for expert education, and chat directly with OT experts.
Screen Time Bridge: Tools designed specifically to help your child regulate and transition smoothly off digital devices and back into the real world.
Daily Whispers: Gentle mindset shifts and encouraging reminders for parents. Because a regulated adult is the best tool a child has for their own regulation.
WHY POCKET OT?
In our "Village," we believe development is not a race, it’s a garden. Whether you want to simply learn how to connect, co-regulate, and support your child's development; or whether you are navigating ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Pocket OT gives you the tools to be the "sunshine" your child needs.
They borrow our calm. Let’s build their world through connection, one moment at a time.
Disclaimer: Pocket OT is a companion for connection and understanding. It is not a replacement for clinical therapy. Please consult with your local OT for specific developmental concerns.
