VAYA Drive

VAYA Drive is VAYA's ride-hailing app: request a ride from wherever you are and arrive with a verified driver.

FOR THE RIDE
- Request the ride and see the fare before confirming, calculated based on the actual route. If you want, you can offer more.

- Choose how to pay: cash, Nequi, or Bancolombia. The driver sees it before accepting.

- See the driver's photo, the car's make and model, and license plate before getting in, and give them a 4-digit PIN to start the trip.

- You can text or call them without either of you seeing the other's number.

- You can request a ride for someone else: they'll receive the PIN and a link to track the trip.

VAYA SHIELD
- Share your trip live with your trusted contacts: they can see where you are and who's driving you.

- If the car deviates from the expected route or stops for several minutes, the app will ask if you're okay. If you don't respond, the case will automatically go to VAYA's safety center.
- SOS button available throughout the trip.

VERIFIED IDENTITY
- Passengers and drivers verify their identity with their ID and a facial scan.

FOR THE DRIVER
- You receive nearby requests with the earnings, distance to the passenger, and route, and you decide based on the time displayed on the screen.

- You can propose a different fare before accepting.

- Before starting each trip, your face is validated against your ID: this guarantees that the driver is who they claim to be.

- Navigation with Google Maps or Waze, your choice.

VAYA operates in Colombia. To drive with VAYA, you must pass the vehicle and driver document verification process.
