TELA (Teacher's Effectiveness & Learner Achievement) is a time and task performance management system that captures evidence-based information for quick follow-up and decision making. It leverages on interaction with a GPS enabled smartphone with biometric features to capture and monitor near real-time headteacher/teacher, learner attendance and timetable implementation in schools.

The captured content and events are consolidated to generate evidence-based reports used for follow-up and decision making by various stakeholders.
