Impostor: Chutazos Edition
Chutazos Corp
Impostor is a game of lies and deduction played in person, using a single phone. You don't need one per person or an internet connection to play.
HOW TO PLAY
Each player sees their role privately. The good players see the word; the impostor has no idea. Taking turns, everyone gives a clue without being so obvious as to give it away. At the end, everyone votes: if they catch the impostor, they win. If not, the impostor wins.
WHAT IT INCLUDES
• 6 categories with 465 words: movies, animated characters, food and drink, soccer players, celebrities, and Chilean things.
• 3 to 10 players, with a profile picture for each.
• Score accumulated between rounds.
• Configurable timer, or no time limit if you prefer to chat at your leisure.
TO INCREASE THE DIFFICULTY
• Steal the word: if the impostor is caught, they have one last chance to guess.
If they guess correctly, they win the whole game.
• Up to 3 imposters, who can get to know each other and work together.
• Hard mode: mixes several categories so the impostor has no context for where the word came from.
• Clues for the impostor, so they can at least try to hide their identity.
• Group voting by voice or secret ballot, one by one.
Ideal for parties, pre-parties, after-dinner gatherings, long trips, and any time you have extra people and no plan.
