Canteen Mate FoodCity

Canteen Mate is the simplest way to manage your child's school canteen — order healthy meals ahead, pay digitally, and see exactly what your child eats and spends, all from one app.

Built for parents, Canteen Mate connects you, your child, and the school canteen so meal planning is effortless and transparent.

ORDER MEALS AHEAD
Skip the lines. Browse the school canteen menu and order your child's favourite meals, snacks, and drinks in just a few taps — ready when they are.

SMART MEAL PLANS
Purchase flexible meal plans that fit your child's routine. Switch, change, pause, or renew anytime. Schedule your next plan to start automatically when the current one ends — no gaps, no hassle.

PLAN AHEAD WITH THE CALENDAR
Choose meals day by day on a rolling schedule. Skip a meal when your child is away — skipped meals turn into redeemable credit you can put toward future meal plans.

DIGITAL WALLET
Top up once and pay in seconds. Track your real-time balance, get low-balance reminders, and review every transaction in a clear history.

SECURE NFC CARD
Give your child a physical NFC card for fast, cashless purchases at the canteen counter. Set spending limits, and freeze or unfreeze the card instantly from your phone.

ALLERGY-SAFE MEALS
Record your child's food allergies so the canteen keeps their meals safe.

ONE ACCOUNT, EVERY CHILD
Link multiple students to a single parent account and switch between them with a tap.

FULL VISIBILITY & CONTROL
Monitor your child's meal choices and spending in real time. Complete transparency, right in your pocket.
