RegulaMT Cidadão is the app from the Mato Grosso State Health Department that allows citizens to track their requests for exams, consultations, and surgeries within the public health network.
Log in with your gov.br account and see, all in one place:
• The status of each request, from application to service
• The date and location as soon as your appointment is scheduled
• Requests for your dependents, in the Dependents tab
• Service evaluation, so you can share your experience
The tracking uses data from the state regulatory system, eliminating the need to call or visit a health unit to find out the status of your request.
The app is free and does not schedule appointments automatically: the regulatory system schedules the appointments, and the app shows what has already been decided regarding your request.
