Word Catcher is a Finnish word game where you search for words on a 4×4 letter board. Drag your finger over adjacent letters and form as many correct Finnish words as possible before time runs out.

AUTHENTIC FINNISH
Word Catcher is not a translated international game. It is built from the ground up on the modern Finnish word list of the Finnish Language Centre (Kotus) — it includes almost 15,000 correct Finnish words.

FIVE GAME MODES
- Classic — 60 seconds, all words are eligible
- Long — only words with 5+ letters count
- Game of the Day — the same board for all players every day
- Practice — a relaxed five-minute game without the pressure of ranking
- Christmas Calendar — a December special where Christmas words earn double points

DAILY ROUTINE
Play every day and grow your stack. Each round raises or lowers your rating, and you unlock achievements along the way. Game of the Day gives everyone the same board — compare your scores with your friends.

THREE THEMES
Dusk, Berry, and Forest — change the color scheme to suit your mood, or let the app choose a theme based on the time of day.

CALM, NOT AGGRESSIVE
No paywalls to beat the game, no loud ads, no pushy purchases aimed at kids. Word Catcher is made for adults — play for ten minutes on the bus or half an hour on the couch.
