RPG Tasks is a focus timer, habit tracker and task manager in one app. Plan your day as quests, run a focus timer while you work, and watch every hour turn into XP that levels up real-life skills.

Flow is a project-based focus timer that counts up from zero. Name a project, start it, get to work — there is no need to guess in advance how long something will take. Pause and resume whenever you need to. Every session is logged against that project automatically, so your focus time is tracked without a separate stopwatch app or a spreadsheet. Review it by day, week or month and see exactly where the hours went.

Plan your day as quests. Group them by project, move them between days, and check them off as you go. Completing a task drops XP straight into the skill it belongs to, so small tasks are worth finishing rather than worth avoiding.
