Add a school or club message, screenshot, photo, PDF, short voice note or text. Orbena proposes the useful details — dates, tasks, preparation and responsibility — and you review them before anything important is saved.
Today keeps attention on what needs a decision now and what is coming next. Family Inbox can also receive forwarded email so information does not have to be retyped into the app.
When another caregiver needs to take responsibility, you can send one private action link. They can accept, decline or mark the handoff done in a browser; they do not need to install Orbena or create an Orbena account for that action.
Health-related information is treated as organisational memory only: appointments, practical notes and reminders. Orbena does not diagnose conditions or recommend treatment.
New families get 14 days of the full app free, with no card needed. After that, Orbena offers one subscription per family through Google Play — never a fee per child or per caregiver.
