enough
enoughmotherhood
Enough is a space for self-reflection. It's a space where motherhood, in addition to everything it already is, becomes a place where you reconnect with yourself.
We're not going to tell you how to raise your children. It's not an app full of tips, routines, or positive affirmations. It's a space to listen to yourself, acknowledge what's stirring inside, and name it in your own words. No recipes, no advice, no one telling you what you've already heard a thousand times.
HOW IT WORKS
You start a session when something feels overwhelming, when you want to take a break, or when you simply feel like reflecting. You talk or write down what's happening. On the other end, a coach doesn't offer advice: they ask you questions, observe with you, and guide you toward where something is shifting. The sessions are saved privately, just for you. Once a week, you receive a recap of what you discussed during those days.
YOU DON'T NEED TO USE IT EVERY DAY
Enough isn't just another routine in an already full schedule. You don't have to maintain a streak, or "be consistent," or fulfill any obligations. It's there when you need it. Once a week, once a month, or three times on a tough afternoon—all those uses are fine. The idea is for the app to work for you, not the other way around.
WHY "ENOUGH"?
The name says two things at once. "You are enough"—because almost no one ever tells you that. And "it's enough, that's it"—because sometimes you need to end the day without asking for even a little bit more.
WHO IS IT FOR? For you if:
— You're a mother and feel you've lost a part of yourself along the way
— You want a place to think about what's left unsaid at the family dinner table
— You're not looking for advice, you're looking for someone to listen
— You're in therapy and want a complementary space between sessions
— You're not in therapy and want something handy when things get tough
WHAT IT ISN'T
Enough is not therapy or a mental health service. It doesn't replace professionals. If you're going through a time that requires clinical support, that support is outside the app. The platform knows this and, when appropriate, will let you know.
PRIVACY
What you write is securely saved and only you can see it. You can delete your account anytime from the app.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Ten days to try it out, no credit card required and no additional information requested. If you're interested, you can subscribe through the app. If not, that's fine—we'll let you know on day eleven and we can go our separate ways.
