Users can register with a mobile number and provide the information required to create and protect their account. Identity or profile verification may be required to confirm account ownership, prevent unauthorized activity, meet compliance obligations, and assess eligibility.

MoniBoat uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal and financial information, including encrypted transmission, access controls, identity checks, security monitoring, and data protection procedures.
Submitted information may be used for account operation, transaction processing, customer support, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, identity verification, and eligibility assessment.

Eligible users may:
- Activate and manage a virtual card;
- View an assigned credit limit;
- Select an amount within the available balance;
- Review transaction and repayment records;
- Check due dates and outstanding amounts; and
- Receive account and repayment notifications.
Activating an account or virtual card does not guarantee access to credit. All offers remain subject to verification, account status, internal assessment, and the terms displayed in the app.

Approved amounts, repayment periods, interest rates, and applicable fees may vary depending on profile information, verification results, account status, and internal eligibility criteria.
- Credit Range: ₦1,000 to ₦400,000
- Repayment Duration: 3 to 12 months
- Daily Interest Rate: Up to 0.08%
- Maximum APR: 29.2%
- Applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation.
The final offer may be lower than the stated maximum values.

- Repayment period: 180 days, approximately 6 months
- Annual interest rate: 29.2%
Interest:
₦10,000 × 29.2% ÷ 365 × 180 = ₦1,440
Total repayment:
₦10,000 + ₦1,440 = ₦11,440
APR:
₦1,440 ÷ ₦10,000 ÷ 180 × 365 = 29.2%
