We bring our trusted GPS locator, SOS bands, and kids' smartwatches together in a single, refreshed app — designed for everyday use: fast, clear, and respectful of your data.

Inside the app you'll find the Feedback Hub — a simple place to report an idea, a bug, or a comment about the app's design. In just a few seconds you can add a title, category, priority, description, and a screenshot.
The Feedback Hub is not a public forum: we don't show a list of submissions or voting. Every submission goes directly to the Locon team, where we review it, group it with similar topics, and use it when planning future releases.
AI AS A DIRECTION OF DEVELOPMENT
The "AI" in the name reflects the direction we're taking with the product. AI tools already support our team today: they help us organize feedback, design changes, and prepare new app versions more efficiently.
In parallel, we're planning AI-powered features that will land in the app itself. These include:
• a smart support assistant that will help you find answers about the app and devices faster,
• analysis of unusual patterns — support in spotting situations that fall outside the everyday routine, so the family can notice sooner when something needs attention,
• smart suggestions that make it easier to configure zones, notifications, and daily settings.
We're rolling out AI features calmly and in stages. Before release, each one goes through the same security and privacy testing as the rest of the app. We treat them as a complement to our proven features, not a replacement.
